Football Performance Training Camp

Welcome to FGFIT’s Sports Performance Center, where we’re excited to host a 5-week Football Performance Training Camp for youth athletes ages 10-15. Scheduled from June 9 – July 11, 2025, this camp offers a progressive curriculum focusing on strength, speed, agility, footwork, and power development . Our experienced coaches, with backgrounds in high school and college football, provide individualized feedback and injury-prevention strategies to support each athlete’s growth.
Whether you’re aiming to join a team or simply want to learn from dedicated professionals, our camps introduce the foundations of advanced training principles that will serve you throughout your athletic journey. Beyond sport performance, athletes will also foster lifelong health and wellness habits and build lasting friendships.
Schedule:
• Monday (10am-12pm): Strength & Power Development
• Wednesday (10am-12pm): Agility Training & Coordination Skills
• Friday (10am-12pm): Sport Training
A minimum of five weeks is recommended to see optimal improvements. The cost is $100 per week per athlete, and we offer a 25% discount for enrolling in all five weeks. Payment plans are available upon request.
Note: Spaces are limited to 20 athletes, so be sure to register early! Sign-ups will close two weeks prior to the start of each training week.
