PHASE 1: Sept 5 – Sept 17 Daily Cals = BMR x 1.1 Burn a minimum of 300 cals a day from exercise Eat 40% Carbs, 30% Protein, 30% Fat
PHASE 2: Sept 18 – Oct 1 Daily Cals = BMR x 1.2 Burn a minimum of 400 cals a day from exercise Eat 35% carbs, 35% protein, 30% fat
PHASE 3: Oct 2 – Oct 15 Daily Cals = BMR x 1.3 Burn a minimum of 500 cals a day from exercise Eat 30% carbs, 40% protein, 30% fat
PHASE 4: Oct 16 – Oct 29 Daily Cals = BMR x 1.4 Burn a minimum of 600 cals a day from exercise Eat 25% carbs, 40% protein, 35% fat
